The following Terms and Conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy (U.S.A)

Order Processing Times:

Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Most orders are fulfilled within 2 – 3 business days, some products can take up to 5 business days to fulfill, after which, they are shipped out.

Shipping Times:

After an order is fulfilled, shipping times are estimated to be 2 – 12 business days, depending on your ship to address. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays.

FREAK’N EH Gifts’N’Gear offers FREE SHIPPING within the U.S.A on all FREAK’N merch!

Shipment Confirmation Order Tracking:

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your Order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Does FREAKN EH Gifts‘N’Gear ship to P.O Boxes?

FREAK'N EH Gifts‘N’Gear does not Ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Damages

FREAK'N EH Gifts‘N’Gear is not liable for any products damaged, lost or stolen during shipping. If you received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. We will do our very best to assist you.

Does FREAK’N EH Gifts’N’Gear ship internationally?

As most of our manufacturers are located in the U.S.A, shipping outside of the U.S.A often results in high shipping costs and additional customs fees as assessed by local custom offices. 

For these reasons, currently, our products are only available to be shipped within the U.S.A.

Let us assure you, we want nothing more than for our fellow BEACH FREAKS & SNOW FREAKS around the world to enjoy our awesome FREAK'N products, therefore, we are working hard to source additional manufacturers & shippers.

Please Note - if you have friends, family, or colleagues you trust residing in the U.S.A, you can always have your order shipped to them so they may forward it to you as a "Gift" to avoid customs fees.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

Ask your local post office if they have your package.

Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at: info@GETURFREAKON.com with your order number. We will do everything in our power to help you.
