Is BEACH FREAK© & SNOW FREAK© Gifts‘N’Gear online only?

Yes, our Gifts'N’Gear are currently only available online.

When will you be coming to Canada?

As Canadians, we want nothing more than to offer our merch to our fellow Canucks. 

Unfortunately, with most of our manufacturers located south of the border, between the high cost of shipping, as well as additional customs fees & duties, the increased costs make it difficult at this time.

By joining our mailing list, you can not only stay up-to-date on our progress, you'll also be able to see our new product launches.

In the interim, if you'd like to experience & enjoy our FREAK'N Tops, Tumblers, Towels & MORE without getting hit with surprisingly high customs fees, we suggest having your order shipped to a friend or family member who you might know and trust in the U.S.

Crissfit Inc., owners of BEACH FREAK© & SNOW FREAK© Gifts'N’Gear is based out of Ontario, Canada and selling to the USA market at this time.

when will my order ship?

Order Processing Times:

Our products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you. Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!

Most orders are fulfilled within 2 – 3 business days, some products can take up to 5 business days to fulfill, after which, they are shipped out.

Shipping Times:

After an order is fulfilled, shipping times are estimated to be 2 – 12 business days, depending on your ship to address. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends and holidays. 

You will receive an email confirmation informing you on the status of your purchase

- order placement

- order shipment (notification with a tracking number)

- order delivery

How can I track my order?

Can I cancel a BEACH FREAK© & SNOWFREAK© Gifts‘N’Gear order?

Because our products are custom designed and sent to the manufacturer upon order placement, once an order has been placed, order cancellations and edits are not permitted.

WHY WAS AN ITEM CANCELLED FROM MY ORDER?

Orders or items from an order may be cancelled by our system for various reasons such as:

- Unable to ship to the address provided.

- Inventory has become unavailable at the time of packing.

- Errors in processing your payment information.

- If your order/item(s) are cancelled, you will receive notice via email. 

You will not be billed for any cancelled orders/items.

What do I do if my package says delivered but I never got it?

If you cannot find your package and it has been over 24 hours since you received the 'delivered' status notification, use your tracking number and submit a service request to the shipper.

What do I do if my package is stolen?

In an attempt to minimize the risk of lost packages, we provide a tracking number and notification emails to keep you informed as to where your package is at every step of the way.

If you believe your package has been stolen, file a lost package claim with the shipping company; they may offer compensation.

Unfortunately we cannot reimburse stolen packages as it is out of our control.

How do I return an item?

We are confident you will love and enjoy our FREAK’N Gifts’N’Gear! Because our products are custom designed based on your selected choices, and sent to the manufacturer upon order placement, all sales are final BUT...

At FREAK'N EH!, we prioritize your satisfaction. Our returns policy offers free reprints or refunds for products that are damaged due to manufacturing defects, and in the event you receive an incorrect product.

What Our Returns Policy Covers:

Damaged Products: If your product is damaged/flawed due to a manufacturing error, we will provide a free reprint or refund.

Incorrect Products: If you receive the wrong product, we will replace it with the correct product or, we will issue you a refund for the wrong product.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact the FREAK'N EH! support team within 30 days of receiving your product.

2. Include a clear photo and explanation that demonstrates the issue, along with your order ID no.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?

We are confident you will love and enjoy our FREAK’N Gifts’N’Gear! Because our products are custom designed based on your selected choices and sent to the manufacturer upon order placement, unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges at this time.

In the event you receive a defective product, contact our customer service and we will work hard to resolve any issues to ensure you are FREAK’N satisfied as our end goal is to make the world a happier place! :)

DO PROMO CODES HAVE RESTRICTIONS?

Yes, all promo codes have their own exclusions but all exclusions are clearly indicated within the offer. If a promo code is not clear and you need further support, please contact Customer Service.

HOW CAN I UNSUBSCRIBE FROM NEWSLETTERS?

Located at the bottom of every email, there is an "Unsubscribe" link. Please click this link if you wish to unsubscribe and no longer receive our newsletters/promotions but we hope you don't because we are always dropping new freak'n gear!

SOS Animales mission is to ensure the health & happiness of all animals in the community. Along with animal welfare education, SOS Animales also provides professional veterinary care to the local community in order to:

- Address overpopulation

- Prevent the spread of viral diseases

- Eliminate Canine Transmissible Venereal Tumors

- Prevent the spread of parasitic diseases

- Help puppies and kittens get a strong start to life
